PT Gatra Mapan is announcing that our finishing line has been completed and run its first production. The facility is designed to accommodate up to 350 pallets and equipped with multiple spray booths, and pre-conditioning room. Fully running, this extension is capable to produce 3X40 containers/day. PT Gatra Mapan is expecting a bigger segment of hybridization between our panel and finishing factories to provide excellent user experience at competitive cost.
The strategy of “one stop solution” is highly demanded in this era of consolidation. Instead of sourcing from five factories, our customers can save the hassle of product development, shipment planning, audit and quality maintenance. It is reforming both paper-works and operational cost, products can be inspected at one site instead of multiple locations.
